I don't have any bike suggestions Jim, I'm sorry, but I love this idea. I'm dusting off my bike this weekend, the gf and I are hitting up some trails!!
Been wanting to try the Project X 6.0 in my BioCell instead of the 5.5 I have. Found a used BioCell in a golf shop, today, that looks like it's barely been hit. Picked it up for less than $100 and it has the 6.0 I've been looking for. Pretty blue head, but I went ahead and switched it into my black head. Will play it tomorrow morning... if we don't get rained out... and see if it makes any difference. Still pretty happy with the BioCell.
jhmeg2 bought my R1 and sssmokin said he's drilling it 300+ yards straight down the middle. I knew it was made for a better golfer then I am.

Walked casually into a local golf store last weekend and walked out with three new wedges. For $75/ea. I picked up three Cleveland CG15's Tour Zip Grooves. Already put some new Lamkin grips on and played a round with them. So far so good, really like the spin from the zip grooves

Scored a set of Project X 5.5's yesterday. Won the auction for $58, with shipping it will be $72. I've had my we in their auctions for a few months and bid on a lot of sets, my max bid is $60.
I'm going to flip them, can't make much profit if I bid more than that.

I have the original 5.5 flighted in my Pings now, love them. I've always been a fan if rifles, never hit the Project X though.

I get a lower ball flight with the PX's.
What is your guys oppinions on titleist's 913 series clubs? I want to get a 3 wood, because I don't have one. And I hit my buddies 913 a couple of times, and liked it a lot.
Anything Titleist is great!! Their fairway woods, early on, were a little difficult to get airborne. The 913 series, however, should be fun to use. You won't find them as forgiving as some other brands. Hit 'em on the screws and they are tough to beat.
Oh ok, any options more forgiving? Lots of courses I play with above/below foot lies, and uphill down hill type things. Forgiveness isn't a total must, but it would help
There are some good deals out there, now, on G25 fairways since the announcement of the G30 line. G15, G20, and G25 were all solid and forgiving. The TMAG fairways are pretty forgiving as are the Callaway line.
