Not how but what, mid would probably be best for my swing.
You could toss an Aldila NV in there, it would be cheap with a low to mid ball flight. When you're looking at shafts with a high kick point you will get a low ball flight and vise versa with a low kick point. Keep an eye on torque as well. My suggestion would be to hit the stock offering first and tune from there based on YOUR ball flight.

The R7 quad I'm hitting now has ***ijara SPEEDER 757 S Flex in it, trend to hit that a little high with about 3800 backspin

My Golfsmith professional gripping station finally came. Its gonna be nice not having mineral spirits all over the floor, and not having to spend so much time checking the grip to face alignment on putters especially. Or cranking a vice in and out for just the right pressure.

Every time I grip clubs, which isn't very often, I long for one of those....

Get an air compressor, problem solved.

They are one the lighter side so I can run the shafts out a bit and have a nice swingweight at the same time, while flattening for TLT. They are 1020 steel so they will be buttery.

Those are sweet! Odd thing on their site: They describe the forged set 3-PW, but the advertised price is 4-PW.

I wouldn't mind playing 18 with the forged set.
