What did I buy today... golf wise? Nothing!! Having severe "go buy something" withdraw symptoms. But, what?

Driver? Hitting my XR16 as well as I've ever hit a driver. Ever since putting the shorter shaft in it some months ago, she has lit up the fairways. No desire to try anything else. Have extra shafts with Callaway adapters so, if I would, something else would be a Callaway from the used bin.
Fairways? My Mini 1.5 (Junior) and my Big Bertha 5-wood (Sis) perform exemplary. No desire to even think of replacing them.
Hybrids? The Callaway Big Bertha 4h and 5h are also behaving well. If something should happen to them, I have another pair of hybrids in the basement.
Irons? Maybe. The iBlades have been fun. There is no way I should be able to play a blade type iron with KBS 120gm steel "S" flex shafts. But, I do. The more I play, the more graphite shafts are beginning to call me. No wrist/elbow pain. Both shoulders have taken a beating. Hitting well over 10,000 balls in 2019 has taken a toll on this 73 year old body. I have the Eye 2's and the Eye 2+'s in the basement. Both have steel shafts. Don't know that I would gain that much benching the iBlades and moving full time to one of the other sets of Pings.
Wedges? My short game stinks. I am more likely to put a ball within birdie distance from between 150 and 100 than from 100 on in. Have a number of wedges and none seem to work consistently. If I did move to a different set of irons, with graphite shafts, would make sure the set had a gap wedge. That might help to have the set matched clear through.
Putter? A like new Bettinardi and a really nice Cameron in the basement and a $20 Ping Anser 4 resides in the bag. The past few weeks my putting has come around... only with the Anser 4. The Betti and the GoLo are good trade merchandise. The Anser 4 is a SST version, but an Anser 4 BeCu sits in wait. I believe more than anything is just the consistency of using the same putter design, length, grip, etc.

I keep leaning towards sending the iBlades, Bettinardi, and Cameron to a new home in trade for a set of graphite shafted irons. Have a nice gift certificate I rec'd for Christmas to our local Golf USA. They have always been so good to me when buying/trading clubs over the years. OTOH, if I can card rounds in the 70's... and the iBlades feel so good... why even consider a change. Maybe the regular evening dose of Aleve has something to do with it.

Oh, well. Tomorrow will be my 10th round in 2020. Unheard of to get 10 rounds in January in Kansas... let alone the first 10 days. Weather taking a drastic change over the weekend so will be off the course for a few days. May do some shopping.

    You're worse than a woman.
This is the internet. We've never met. For all you know, I'm a 300 pound female nymphomaniac whose dream fantasy is doing all kinds of things to shafts and balls with sexy golfers!

If that were true, we would have already seen your picture in one of sssmokin's posts.
