That AR is sweet looking, old job of mine from years back it seemed like everyone had an AR. These clowns would actually bring them to work to show them off.

E, you know all semi autos are evil 'assault' rifles. Never messed with the GAP, it got a lot of talk when it first appeared. I would LOVE to have one of those full auto GLock pistols, they look like that would be a great way to get grins and gigles.

I would give my left nut to get my hands on a G18.

Only problem, there are absolutely 0 transferable glock 18's in the US. They were created after the 1986 ban so any G18's in the US are dealer, military, or police only. No private ownership. :(

Lol @ the 'assault' rifles, here is what the media refers to on what type of skeery assault rifle it is

Hell the media doesn't even like my lil 9mm because I have the "high" capacity 15 rd magazine.

Shoot, i love how the media drones on about what some people have in the trunk of their cars...

I have a bag with rope, duct tape, water, blankets, winter coat, etc and if they catch me on my way to/from the range or hunting i could have anyone or all of my guns in the car....which the media would construe into me attempting ot take over the country by force as i had enough firepower to 'kil thousands' i'm sure. While that rope and duct tape is definitely going to be used to kid-nap, rape, or otherwise evil. Couldn't possibly be for survival if i happen to go into the ditch or get stuck on I90 in a massive ****ing traffic jam.

Idiots, good thing i don't do anything stupid to have my ass arrested or car searched.

2 Incidents on the evening news today where would-be victims were armed and successfully defended themselves from Thieves.

1 was the clerk at a convenience store.

other was a CCW guy who shot 2 guys trying to rob him at a carwash. 1 in life-threatening condition this evening.

The word is getting out.

First rule of self defense.

Leave one party to fill out the report. Don't do a half assed job. ;)

A guy just the other day here, killed 4 and injured another 3, when he came back to his old Penske truck job, and shot everyone up, including a customer! He was going broke and angry that he got fired a while back.

Had someone been carrying.. Who knows.. This loony bin might have been killed, and saved the families and the people the hurt. And saved us the pretty penny it will be to give his poor ass a lawyer and to rot in prison. Someone could have ended it for less than .50 cents.

I just picked up this little Beretta .380. The Wife wanted a small gun that didn't jump out of her hand, so found this cheap. Only thing dinged up are the grips.

Kahr K40 Covert, IWB, just behing right hip. It's for sale right now though, as I want a 1911. Hopefully a Springfield Service Loaded Stainless, although I may end up settling for just parkerized, or even the Taurus offering. Depends on how the money thing shakes out.

I won't touch anything Taurus....too many friends with bad experiences....

Just me though

I read that a lot, but I've had 2 with no negatives. Buddy has 1 with no problems. Lots of bad stories online, but a heck of a lot more positives. I think the biggest problem I see is crap customer service -- there are plenty of stories of Springfields that are turds out of the box, but they fix it politely and quickly -- if the same thing happens with Taurus it looks like you're in for a headache full of rudeness and year-long waits to get it fixed.

The other option is to either step down to the Springfield GI or Mil-Spec, or just get a Rock Island and have the trigger/hammer/barrel/safeties done after the fact - problem with that is it can easily creep up pretty close to just getting the Loaded Springfield that already has those things done.

Hell yeah a P90, just saw one for sale with a bunch of acc for $1400....thought very seriously, however, i made a choice to pay off all debt and am half way through, i don't want to screw it up for a gun...

Next year i think i am going to focus on Suppressors...i'm going to get one for my 22LR and 17HMR and another one for my AR's and possibly another one for my 45 handguns...

So there will be $600 going to the .gov, not to mention the gunsmith work to get all my barrels threaded, and a new barrel completely or the glock...

Possibly looking into full auto in a few years. I would really love an M16 A4 or even an A2...but were talkin $20,000+ for one of those....might have to stick with the uzi's for a more reasonable 5k or so
