I have just struck the ball beautifully,did not mishit one shot tee to green,yet had 11 bogeys and 2 doubles,plus 2 birdies,shot 85.Eighty bleeding five.One 5 iron spun back off a green and went into a divot,double,one drive went down the middle,hit a rock and went out of bounds,bounced at least 50 yards,another double,one 5 wood picthed 10 feet from the pin.............................onto a sprinkler head,and bounced 30 yards through the green.

I have NEVER struck the ball so well and scored so badly.Some say you always walk off feeling good when that happens,I say if someone would have said that to me today I would inserted my ball up their bum.

$hit happens. Fortunately you'll be due for some good bounces coming up in the next few rounds. I had a shot from 80yds. the other day to a tight pin on the front of the green. I hit a perfect high-spinning SW that landed 2 inches in front on the fringe. There was a small rock imbedded in the dirt and the ball shot up in the air off the back of the green. I still got it up and down but it should have been a 3footer for birdie.
