yesterday during my round we saw a hawk take down it's prey(pigeon) and proceeded to have lunch right in front of us. was interesting to see. got a pretty good pic too.

Great pic! It's like a National Geographic special right in front of you. I've seen that as well out on the course, except it was an unlucky chipmunk that got taken out. A little sad for chippy, but cool to see anyway.

Hey NVM,

Great photo (and quick thinking to get the photo). A good example of the food chain at work.

We'll await your new version of 'cart cam' for more exciting installments ... :)

that hawks eating SUSHI---He forgot to cook it.

Pretty kool:thumbs up:

A friend and I came over a hill to find two young red foxes playing last summer at Petrifying Springs GC between Kenosha and Racine. They stopped as we drove by (only about 10 yards away) and then they went back to playing after we passed. It was pretty cool.

We have to get True to post his golfing-with-kangaroo shots here. They're supposed to be pretty nasty critters.

To get even more off topic, I have an older friend who used to be a "carny" and would wrestle animals on the county fair circuts. He said that bears were usually easy to beat but the biggest ass whooping he ever took in his life was from a kangaroo.
