Hmm ... great photos but I'm still trying work out what "last weekend before temps" means.

Temps refers to temporary greens. Their appearance is dreaded by every player in the north as it indicates the season is over unless you don't want it to be over in which case you're playing tundra golf with 3 clubs accompanied by the dog.
