low spin drivers - want to experiment a little

the problem is all those clubs had different shafts in them. I assume you didnt use the same ball either. I would hope the lofts were at least the same.

All 9.5's and I think the same balls, they only have Srixon's at the shop. I though the shaft made only 5% difference? Are you moonwalking on us? :laugh: 1750 to 5000 is a 280% difference, right?
 
Ez, that big a change is 95% swing related. My guess is that with certain clubs you make better center face contact resulting in the huge differences. Add in that the heads, even though all stating 9.5* on the sole could be all over the map, and an ever changing angle of attack and you could easily see these king of numbers. Unfortunately they are not the result of a differently placed COG. No head will make anywhere near that much difference. Robot testing has proven this time and time again. Wishon's new results found that roughly 400rpm is all you can change by changing the head and its COG location.
