Phil's in trouble

Folks, you can argue this point all you want. I fully believe that when you are truly 100% innocent, you don't hide behind a lawyer. You give full cooperation at all times, and yes you bring your lawyer when you are interviewed. But you don't blow off the FBI with a short answer. For one thing, it's going to make the FBI think you're hiding something. I'd have told them "Guys, I'm in a tournament right now. When I'm done, I'll sit down with you and my attorney and I'll be glad to answer any questions you have. Right now just isn't a good time". In my opinion, this is a very different response from what he gave. Same result, but it's still different.
I understand where your coming from, but that's not the way it works anymore. Its not about finding the truth its about making the case.

Plus this is the whole reason Phil has a lawyer.
