I ain't much a skier or snowboarder, ok I'm not not either, but that looks awfully tight to be swooshing through fast?!?!?!

Mmmmmmmmmm glade skiing :D

Powder Mountain has lots of places to go through with trees that aren't too close together. It's more fun to go through an ungroomed area like this than a groomed run. I'm a snowboarder and snowboarders prefer powder.

I prefer going through Aspens. I'll post a picture from the next trip. Powder Mountain has lots of Aspens to play around. Other resorts tend to force you to take the groomed runs because it's usually in trees that are too thick or too difficult of terrain otherwise. Powder is more open. You can challenge yourself as much as you want. It's a local's resort...something that people wouldn't know about unless you live here or know somebody that does.

What is all that white stuff? Somebody screwed up a perfectly good golf course!

It was 80 here yesterday and I played 27 holes, but those are some nice pics. I gotta go skiing again one of these days.

Once again Dave, up yours. :D

If it helps any, my back hurts from playing that many holes. :p

Nice looking course. A lot more trees and hills than our course here:

It's a little colder than that here. Highs of around -10C

Man, you're really not helping my severe case of cabin fever here!!

Anyway, congrats on the season opener!

That is such a good looking course...and the grass is green under the snow.

It will probably be in pristine condition in less than 30 days....one of the great things about western/mountain weather is how quickly you can transition from one season/sport to another...I've always liked this.
