TM SLDR S driver and SpeedBlade iron review

Went to "demo days" at the Waupaca CC today and tried out their new stuff. I hit a 12º SLDR S (new model with no adjustment on shaft) with a stiff Speeder 757 stiff shaft in it. Nice club and hit it well but no better then my R1. They do have a higher trajectory though as they advertised but it didn't give me any more distance. Certainly not any less! Nice club and better feeling shaft then in my R1.

The SpeedBlade irons are really sexy irons. They set up super nice but I didn't hit them any better (or farther) then my G5 irons. If I was buying new irons those would be my choice.

nice review....still need to hit those clubs, but no need/rush at the moment as i am not in the market either.

I also hit the SLDR and wasn't too impressed by it. I actually prefer the Ping G25 or the New Cobra.

Yeah, Im wondering at that super strong propaganda that came out about the sldr being the most bestest driver of all.
