They're getting him off Prednisone for his Sarcoidosis and onto something else, and now that he's a insulin needle diabetic, they have to get his dosage figured out for that. His eyesight is all messed up, thrash so he can't swallow, cramping up on every part of his body, exhaustion, breathing problems.............his glucose level was at 470 when admitted last night............and toss in his hearing problems.................HE'S a MESS!!! Instead of several Doctors all administering drugs, he now has one specialist so they're all monitored. Hopefully he'll be back on the courses soon. He's in good spirits...........but a MESS.

Wow, I hate to hear all that. Tell him we are all pulling for him to get better quick.

Give him some well wishes from us!

Minor setback, he will be back on the course in no time. I'm glad they have a specialist monitoring all his drugs. I know when my dad was in the UW, one doctor/nurse/specialist/random person would come in and tell him to take this certain drug on a certain schedule, and five minutes later someone else would come in and say that was wrong and to take a different drug on a different schedule....and this went on all day. By the end of the second day he finally convinced someone to sit down and go over ALL the medicine that was prescribed, and tell him what he needed to do.

Wish him well, and tell to QUIT FREAKING SMOKING.

Send him my family's best wishes. That guy better get tofeeling better, or I'll make him.

Let him know we're thinking about him!

Oh, this is sad news. My best wishes for him and his family....

I'll send a personal e-mail to John Solheim. Ping will suffer a severe financial setback if WBL isn't playing their sticks!!! Tell him to get his onery behind feeling better and back to the course!!!!!

Sorry to hear it, G. Tell him I said to get well soon.

Kevin

I just went 9 holes with him on sunday. He walked with me. A wee bit slow, but kept up pretty good. Didn't seem to be hurtin from it either. He did complain about his sight, but it didn't stop him from striping his 3w all day and hitting greens with those hybrids all day either. Tell him I wish him well. He at least has to enjoy his bathroom (that he's been waiting ages for) for a while.

My families best wishes are with him as well! Get well and soon!!!!

I pray the specialist and his/her team gets the med combo figured so he can be back on with livin'!

Tell him we're thinking of him.

WBL----Live strong. As hope they get all stabilized as they get ya off that Pregnisone. The complications from weaning from Preg is not uncommon, however that does not mean its easy.

Sssmokin----can you PM me his Hospital and room #. I'd like to send a get well soon message. BTW after planting season perhaps a couple more weeks we need to play so golf!!!!
