I do know basicly how far I hit most of my irons just I can add 10 or take off 10 yards depending how hard I swing. I know teachers tell you not to do that but its th way I golf. That's pretty damn impressive dude, being a 1.7hcp and not even knowing your club distances all that well yet.
Dude ---that's the way golf is supposed to be played!!! Allows creativity for each approach. I'm envious!!!!!!!!!I do know basicly how far I hit most of my irons just I can add 10 or take off 10 yards depending how hard I swing. I know teachers tell you not to do that but its th way I golf.
right now with no roll to speak of 2h or a 75% 3 wood.(actually 210 but i can chip it back to 200:biglol
Geez, there's some GORILLAS in here.... :wow:
Psh...i just got back from the range...and my half-swing pitcing wedge was flying at least 205...I have my doubts as to anyone here using a 6-8 iron...especially the 8 iron..to get 200 yards. Maybe it's true, but I personally doubt it.

Sounds like your swing is coming around. You don't talk much about it.My 4 iron have become best friends lately, so that's what I'm taking at 200 yards.
