Went to the farmers market on Saturday, got a bunch of beets and pickled them. Damn are pickled beets good.

Tonight will probably be some left over cast iron skillet deep dish pizza I made for dinner Saturday.

Gas grill? Waste of time/money. Flat top outside? What's the point? A big cast iron pan over a charcoal grill will work just the same.

Big green egg is meh IMO and why did they put it up against the house? That seems like a terrible idea. Send all that smoke up into your attic through the soffit.
