WTB heavy low spin shaft

I am looking for a heavy shaft that will keep spin down. Must be cheap. I will play this in a driver, but at 44" or less, so if it's a pull out of a fairway that's no big deal. Please let me know if the shaft has been tipped at all. I need a .335 tip.

If I can't find anything here cheap, I am going to go with a dynamic gold or maybe dg sl x100. I recently had success with a dynamic gold s300 in a driver, but it needed to be tipped and the closed face didn't work out.

Let me know what you have available guys.
