Yikes Wisconsin

I was going to subscribe to the Midwest Golf magazine and get all the free (pay only for the cart) deals they offer but it appears this year (or maybe previously) they've raised the price to $50/yr for the subscription. I seem to remember it being much cheaper then that. The problem is most of these "deals" are down in the southern part of the state so not sure if I want to spend that much money. Some of you other Wisconsin shot talkers let me know if this has been raised or if I'm just getting more senile. Thanks.

I think it is $50, but it was $40 last time I got it a few years ago. They're not all southern either... Mishicot, Green Lake, Hayward....

I'd do it if I knew i'd have the time.

We're back. Had the Eye 2+ irons in the bag for a number of seasons. Attempting to retire them and have the BStones in to begin this year. Noticed I don't have a single Ping club in the bag. That's probably a first... at least dating back 10 years. Have been a Ping fan since when I took up this game in the early 80's. Thought that with no Pings in the bag, perhaps I should change the avatar.

I guess I have a number of options...
1.) Go buy a new set of Ping irons. (Ain't gonna happen!)
2.) Get off the TMAG driver kick and trade the R1 for a G25. (Can't see this happening either.)
3.) Bench the White Ice #7 and put one of the old Ping putters back in the bag. (I still enjoy using the My Echo, but can't see giving up the #7 and the strokes it saves me.)
4.) Bench the Titleist cart bag and use my Ping USA bag. (Nope. That doesn't work either.)
5.) Not worry about the avatar, just leaving it as is. (Probably best option.)
6.) Find a new avatar that shows an old man pushing a walker, with a bottle of Viagra hanging from one side and a box of Depends from the other. (Hmmm.....)
