Of the inventions on the latest show that made the field test cut, which would you seriously buy?

I'd definitely buy that towel that cleans the ball and clubs as long as the price is reasonable.

That camera deal is cool but it will be too pricey I would think.

The powerstance is looking pretty good. I'd probably be convinced around about early Jan. that it would make a good indoor training aid. More for practice swinging than actually hitting balls. Of course it's sort of the same as my use of a book under the outside of my right foot. Maybe I should have taken that further.

The powerplay (the little stand camera).

I would LOVE that thing as I love to look at my swing a lot, but really am unable to as have A) Not a good camera person, B) Not a camera of my own, and C) Even if i had a camera i dont have a stand...

That thing is sweet.

I would 100% buy the club caddy (the clothespin). I hate laying my clubs on the wet ground and plus it would keep me from bending over alot.

I rather liked that re-useable impact tape.

Don't know if this is what you mean Rob as I have not seen the show but if i'm taking an extra club to a green with wet grass I put a tee in the ground and rest the grip on that to keep it and the shaft (mostly) dry.

Like I said, don't know if thats what you mean and doesn't solve the bending over part but may be useful to you.

Its a clip thing and it stands your club almost straight up, dont bend over at all as you would with the tee (i also do that).

ProPlay GPS, The best thing on the show, IMO

Shame its $400 though

The Perfect Putt System

Strike n' Swipe

Chipinator. Could make for a fun game.

And I would buy a Shaft Skinz for my putter.

Craplisted
Convert a putter. Might be the worst one Ive seen that the panel let through, feel must be royally F'ed up if there's a face on top of a face

Glove Caddy. But that girl could sell anything :idhitit:

I agree, the ProPlay recorder is going to be a huge hit. I probably wouldn't buy the reusable impact tape but wouldn't complain if I got it as a present.

The sales pitches are painful though...some of those guys need to switch to decaf.

The clothespin thingy for holding the club is gonna be the winner. reasonable price and great idea. I want one!!!

I don't see much point for the clothespin...you guys would really carry that thing around with you around the green? A towel would work just as well if you're worried about the grips getting wet.

And if you can bend over to pick up your ball out of the hole, bending over to pick up a club isn't a problem. How about bending over to pick up the flag? Or walking five miles with a 40 pound bag of clubs on your back?

1. carry a towel across the green or carry a clip?

2. hate to bend over(no jokes there rock), I place a real emphasis on holing out my putts first and leaving the ball in so my playing partner takes both balls out :biglol: .
3. too old and beat up to carry the bag around the course, I usually take the cart to the parking lot to get the bag even.
R U over 50 cabinessence?

That little clip is gonna be a money maker.

I normally just wrap the grip in a towel when needed. However, this thing is just so simple and easy it's genius!

It would just make things easier. You don't have to carry it around all the time, it clips on your bag and you take it off when needed.

I think this is definately gonna be one of the finalist just for it's pure simplicity and low cost.

The re-usable impact tape was the best.

The $40,000 clothespin? Meh...

The camera was cool, but it won't be as easy to use properly as they made it seem.

Were it to actually be invented, I would buy a subscription to a cable channel that showed golf being played during primetime instead of talked about so much.
