Ogio Nexos stand bag

I just weighed my Cally stand bag. It's 6.3lbs, according to my fish scale. :D

I doubt the weight will bother me.

Yeah ive seen these, I love these bags, I want to try and find it in the Green White color again, but I also like the one on the bottom.

But then again, I need somethign super light to carry, but I also want a staff bag for caddie/cart lol

Rock, go on and order a MacKenzie leather golf bag and go old school!!!

I'm 42 and although a highly toned individual, the weight still bothers me

You also like men and carry a purse. But, I'm not holding that against you.;)

I carried my cart bag a couple times last year (not on purpose, forgot to change out the bag and the clubs sit in the trunk all the time, just in case). It was a huge b*tch to do that, mostly because those bags ARE NOT meant to be carried any distance whatsoever.

I only did it as a mental note to not be such a dolt and make sure to switch out the bag.

I think the Nexos would remedy the need for two. Weight aside.

Feck that.

The only place leather should be on the golf course is on a grip.

Potentially on the cart girl too.

What, you don't wear your leather thong to the course? :wow:

I'm seriously considering a MacKenzie once the wife's house is sold...those are sweet bags!

Your probably not too popular with the local caddies if you break out a staff bag for them.

He's not too popular with them since the old "touchy/feely/lawsuit" ordeal.

looks a lot like the Sun Mountain bag i have

I like the idea of a hybrid bag - I've seen a Burton bag in catalogs but never in person
I'm sure the Ogio is nice though

I've got the Burton CXS hybrid bag. It weighs 5.8 lbs. empty. The club dividers are excellent and "symmetrical" so you can organize your woods and irons anyway you want depending on whether you're riding or carrying. It's got a lot of storage, a cooler pocket and a magnetic ball pocket. The locking leg system works really well. It's got a decent dual sling system and it tucks away in it's own pocket when you are using it as a cart bag. Overall it's a very good cart bag and a decent carry bag. Other than my Ogio AMP cart bag, it's my 2nd favorite bag I own.

I have last years Edge model from Ogio. Im pretty sure it weighs in about the same and has all of those features. It has the stabilizer hook and loop system so the bag doesn't twist on the cart.

I too walk a lot and its not bad to carry.

Im not pumping up this website. Here's the thing they had a sale for $99 on this bag this past summer so I got one. I told my buddy he calls the place after the sale is over and haggled with them and they gave it to him for $99 w/ free shipping.

Maybe they're just lonely and like human interaction, but try to chew them down a little.
