The weather has settled down a bit over the last few days, although for me (generally speaking), the summers in Brisbane are too hot & humid. I know you guys get heatwaves where you are but at least you don't get the humidity.

Started a new job a few months ago and couldn't get the time off. Plus there is no way in hell you would see me in Queensland in January. I'd probably melt the second I stepped onto the tarmac. Can't stand anything over 20 degrees.

But how you guys cope with the humidity up there I'll never know...:faintthud

A lot of us don't. I keep hearing more & more people complain about the humidity. Although there's a lot in the media about people from the southern States relocating to Queensland, there's a lot in Queensland who talk about moving south to a milder climate.
