I have this driver head that I bought off eBay for 99 cents. It's, well, crappy and I can't think of anything to do with it, nor can I remember exactly why I bid on it. It's a 235cc Dynaflite Tour Pro, fwiw.

Today I had a brainstorm, could I make a driver for my nearly-four-year-old nephew with it? I was going to buy him a US Kids set for Christmas, but some damn grandmother beat me to it ( but bought cheap crap instead ). So I have this driver head, and it's .335. And I have a .335 graphite shaft leftover from buying a few as a set. It's X flex, but I really don't think that matters yet. How short would I have to cut it down to be reasonable for a (short) 4 year old? More importantly, how/where can I grip to put on it, since I think I'll be cutting it way down past .580?

Any help/advice would be appreciated. Telling me this is a stupid idea is fine, but probably won't stop me either ;)
