I make all my own rubs, soak any wood I feel like using in marinades and brines.

Thats something I really, really love to do..

Me too. I make my own BBQ sauce, one red KC style and one mustard my own damn style.

I know where you're coming from, boss! I made my own bread last night, too. Took the plastic wrapper off and slid the tin of rolls in the oven all by myself! Even sprayed a little butter on top!

That comment about recipes being suggestions holds true for the instructions on the wrapper as well! :thumbs up:
