Well, I got out and played. Swinging a golf club still feels strange after the long winter's hibernation but I did note the following:
S55 irons are awesome. Feel great and was very promising. jhmeg2 hit them a couple times and liked them also. Very consistent distance and forgiving.
The CB5 3-wood is just like everyone in here has already said. I should have listened and got one a long time ago. I've made an improvement with this club in the bag for sure.
The Big Bertha Alpha 815 is so sweet. I might never get another driver. Well, if I do I'm keeping this.
Got some cheap Topflight "Bomb" golf balls and some cheap McGregor DXs golf balls and both are pretty long. Good value for the money at Golfsmith and Dick's.
Odyssey Versa 7 putter. Just about the time I was going to give up on it because it was too light I started making putts. This needs more time in the bag when the greens are in better shape.
