I'm guessing the ProLaunch 45 stiff isn't as stiff as it should be (too light), and can only sustain swing speed around 95 mph for a consistent ball flight.
My average swing speed is 105 to 110.
So, if I were to tip trim the stiff shaft, will it get stiffer while not damaging the shaft ballflight property? Would trimming it an inch suffice?
I can tip trim on other custom shaft to make it stiffer, but never tried it on the graf pro...

The stiffness is the same in the lighter shafts but you can swing them faster, that is why they feel a little weaker.

You can trim the grafalloy just like most other shafts.
