This is a 1 month challenge...so 25lbs in a month probably isn't feasible..

Sorry meant long term aim. This September month is the kick starter. 1kg / 2lbs a week is the goal.

i'm out of the competition though - having a pizza night Friday and then massive steak braai on Saturday with a bunch of friends coming over.
