Shot a new personal best today...

...an 89. My usual scores on a good day have been hovering around 100, but I've recently had a lesson which helped a great deal. I couldn't putt to save my life today, so I could have done even better if I had performed normally there. I felt very comfortable over my "new" irons after some great range sessions last week, and was striking the ball better today than I ever have. I'm hoping that if I can keep this up, and with another lesson or two, I might be able to hit 80 before the season ends.
