I dont care what I get for it, I just want it gone. I need $80 for the new driver I want plus then I have to worry about ebay fees and non payers. I'd rather give a deal to someone here.

Hi im new here and sorta interested in the driver. just wondering if there's a big difference between hitting an 8.5* and 9.5* driver cause I have a 9.5* now. Also, how would I pay you if im interested? I am located in the SF bay area, would you know how much shipping would cost?

Thanks

The shaft has more to due with ballflight than the clubhead, really.

My 425 is 9.5 and goes lower than my 460.

Hi import49erz and welcome to the forum, the 8.5 goes pretty low to be honest, its not a challenge to get the ball off the ground but if you keep enough weight in the back of the club the ball will have a boring trajectory that will fight through the wind. If you have a problem hitting the ball straight though then this club is not for you. the lower loft will tend to create more sidespin than a higher lofted club. I'd estimate shipping at around $15 or so cause im in Wisconsin, so $95 total would be the price but I can check on the UPS site to see exactly how much it will cost.

Thanks for reply, I can keep the ball relatively straight..occasional pulls/hooks. Im just worried than i cant get the ball in the air, but that could be just me..haha. But yeah..let me know how much shipping is...considering an upgrade from my 9.5* r5 dual. (or is it even an upgrade?)

Hi, i just saw this on ebay

hxxp://cgi.ebay.com/Taylor-Made-R7-Quad-TP-Driver-9-5-Deg-Aldila-NV-Stiff_W0QQitemZ330150093059QQihZ014QQcategoryZ115280QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Think this will be better for me?

Thanks

That's a TP.

15's would be better for you.

Yup, the TP is less forgiving than the standard, ill measure the box now and weigh the club so I can get a shipping cost for you.

Hi, thanks for the replys, but i dont think i need this driver anymore. my coworker (who got me into golf) got the new superquad and sold me his r7 460 9.5* driver for 100.

Thanks again and sorry for taking up any or ur time 15andlife

Why do I still have this? You guys dissapoint me.

I'll ask around and see if anyone i know is interested.

15, i have a deal for ya.. the odyssey 2 ball white-steel, and the cally forged+ 56* plus cash on your end.. i figure i could get ~150 for both in cash... maybe $25 on your end??

i know you need more than a 52*, and you told me a while ago that you really wanted a new putter.. :)

I'll let you know FBK, I have been looking at a 2ball but the problem is i need a driver, well I might get a driver from a friend for nothing once he gets his new one. So if you have any offers dont hold back, and i'd probably just trade you straight for just the putter as I dont have any cash right now. Thanks.
