I am having real trouble with my driver which is sabotaging my rounds. I can’t stop hitting very barely off the ground low hooks which travel maybe 100 yards. I’ve tried teeing the ball up higher and all that does is make me hit sky high pop ups. Anybody had this issue and any tips to help? I’m desperate. Thanks!!!

Sounds like the clubface is closed at the top of your backswing. Swing to the top and if the face is pointing toward the sky, it is closed.

Good possibility your takeaway is not one piece, you might be rolling your wrists “under” during the takeaway.

Maybe think of opening the face … sort of “rolling back not under”

It's just your driver? Maybe the shaft is dead. My 5 wood did that, it just up and died and went all spaghetti noodle on me, causing hooks.

Or your body is driving through too hard. Or your wrists are whipping the club through, or your grip is too strong, or your club face is shut down, or.... there's a million things that can cause this. Without seeing your swing we're just guessing here. I'd say go see a club pro. Or post a vid of your driver hook.
