How about a thread about what you bought today? I'm thinking about equipment found on the used market. Craigslist, EBay, pawn shops, etc.

I scored a brand new set of Rifle Project X 5.5's about a week ago for $68. This was my 3rd set I've won, the previous 2 I paid similar amounts for and promptly sold the for twice what I paid. These are also for sale right now.

So, Greg, you went to PIA to buy used tennis balls for your dog. Instead, you bought him a used putter. What handicap does your dog play to??? Does he play from the regular tees or the forward tees? Can he pass a tree on the course without raising his leg? What about the flagsticks?

I picked up a like new Rossie in about 1995 or so. My daughter was dating my now son-in-law and he just had to have that Rossie. It has not left his bag since. Every season, he talks about looking for a new putter. Yet, he hasn't found one that he says putts as well. Yep... SIL still has the same putter in his bag since '95. A brother-in-law "stole" one of my old Ping Anser 5Ks putters that I hated in about 1992 or '93 and still bags that one. Sheesh! I've had the same putter in the bag most of this one season and that's a record for me. Don't see how some of these guys can get along with one putter for years and years and years and .............

She plays from the reds.

P.S. I got the tennis balls as well. She goes through about 4 a week.

Picked up a couple of wedge heads (54° and 60°) from DTG. I built up the 54 today (waiting on a shaft for the 60) with a FST 115 shaft and GP Tour Velvet grip.

I think these are going to work out really well. The lofts will fit in nicely with my rebuilt Maltby TE set (PW is at 48°).

You must be reading my mind, I've been kicking around getting some new wedges and was looking at DTG. How does it feel?

I've only swung it around in my living room so far. Not sure when I'm going to be able to hit some balls with it. The head is a little larger then the wedges I'm using now, but I don't believe it will have any effect. Shyt, for $16 I couldn't go wrong.
