Tiger Woods car crash?

What's this all about? I got home from work this afternoon and it was all over CNN. He left his driveway, then hit a fire hydrant and a tree?? It doesn't sound like he went very far or even going very fast...

This is all new to me.
 
so that tears it for me. i will never look at another Nike product again. look at their spokesman! a drunken fornicating adulterer, using the streets as his own personal race track. shame on Nike! :D
 
Nice body what about the brain.......as long as she doesn't talk i guess i could put up with her for a weekend....maybe..
 
This is amazing stuff. I'm pretty blown away at how fishy all this is.

And spoken like a red blooded guy that I am... If I made $100 mil a year, I certainly would have "played the field" for a while longer than TW.
 
Totally agree he got married way way way way way to early....
 
Upon further reflection, we've all noticed Tiger's temper seemed even worse than normal this season. The club throwing was very bad.

Domestic issues really make sense now, those emotions boiling over into his violent reactions to bad golf shots.
 
While driving, Woods hit a tree. He did get a good bounce, though.

The fault lies with Stevie. Didn't give Tiger the correct yardage to the fire hydrant.

TMZ reporting there was a domestic argument involved. When asked how many times Elin hit him with the golf club, Tiger responded... "It's difficult to remember. 3... 4... 5.... times. Ummm, put her down for a 4!"

Early on, there was a rumor Tiger's chauffer was driving. TW tried to reach over and knock the chauffer's foot off the gas pedal. He missed and the accident happened. Tiger's never been able to hit a driver.

It was 2:30 a.m. Rumor has it that KMart had Fuzzy Zoeller clubs on their Black Friday specials and opened at 3 a.m. TW was leaving home a little early. Wanted to pick up some chicken before buying Fuzzy's clubs.

Honestly, good that someone wasn't severly injured. Hopefully, the family can work through their difficulties. Sad to see a young family... two very young children... get caught up in a sordid, very public marital issue. Goes to prove that even with all the money and fame a person could want doesn't always bring happiness.
 
According to ABC affiliate WFTV, Windermere Police Chief Daniel Saylor said Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren, used a golf club to smash out the back window and get her husband out of the car.
She told officers she was in their house when she heard the accident and came outside.
Saylor told WFTV police officers found Woods lying in the street with his wife hovering over him. Saylor said Woods was in and out of consciousness when the officers arrived.
Reports of the accident put the golfing world on edge. The Highway Patrol put out a release Friday afternoon saying "Injuries: Serious."

When charges are filed, I wonder who they will be filed against???
 
The jokes have already started. I told my pal that TW was trying to break ALL the records of the greats, including Ben Hogan's car crash record...
 
I don't understand the smashing out a rear window to get him out of the car? Escalades are 4 door & if he was going under 30 mph at the time, i'm sure the damage was minimal & the front doors still would have opened.

maybe the cuts are from her showering him with glass?
 
They got in a fight over his infidelity. She socked him up. He wanted to leave but didnt really want to. She chased him out of the house with a golf club.

He wrecked the rig to try and bring closure. He was probably looking in the rear view mirror, watching Elin run him down.

Rumors of his pain medication abuse abound. He felt desperate and had to gain her sympathy, so in his drugged stupor he fained losing consciousness repeatedly. The air bags did not deploy. He was traveling under 33mph.

Is this the end of his career?

A police chief in Florida is now saying Tiger Woods' wife used a golf club to smash out the back window to help get him out of the car.

Windermere Police Chief Daniel Saylor told the AP that Elin Nordegren told officers she was in the house when she heard the accident and rushed outside. Saylor says officers found Woods laying in the street with his wife hovering over him.

Saylor says Woods was in and out of consciousness when his officers arrived -- he had cuts on his lips and blood in his mouth.
