38/43 today at Providence Golf Club in Richmond. A few brain-fart double bogeys on the back kept the round over 80. Nice day - spring-like temps, and a very nice course!

Cheers Jack, finally got one across the line where it all clicked. Interestingly I played a Chrome Truvis ball. Yellow with black hexagonals. Love how I putted that thing, 28 putts! And if luck had been on my side it could have been 3 or 4 less with the flat stick. I had a 15 footer on the last, and I still don't know how it didn't go in!

Well, it took me long enough, but I finally got my hole in one. 132 yard gap wedge. I'd say the new irons are working well... also played yesterday with smoking and war bird. They scrambled against me. I went 37 36, not really sure how they finished, but it wasn't really close. Instead of buying new equipment every other week, Jerry could just pay me $20 for some lessons. Lol I love these guys.

That idea has crossed my mine. You did give me some great sand shot lessons for free. If we would have played as a scramble team on the first few holes we would have done better but as it were we had a 43. Not too good.
