Is this normal?

I walked around with that bitch on full tilt for about 10 hrs, then used it as prescribed after that.

Fixed me right up good.

I use mine as needed mostly on my shoulder. Looks like I’m having a seizure but sure does the trick.

Sorry, doc...hope you find some relief.

Years ago I got Ankylosing Spondilitis (a form of inflamation ot the discs between the vertebrae which erodes them and the vertebrae grow together). It was extremely painful and the ONLY drug that would reach these discs and stop the inflamation was Indocin. It was like a miracle. I could then take Karate to keep my flexibility. Later they came out with Celebrex which also worked. These two drugs could be your Savior.

I’ve come to this party late. Hopefully the back pain is a tad less.

One thing I had said to me repeatedly by the medicos re my back situation a few years back is that backs respond to movement and exercise. Lying on the couch is the worst “therapy.” Sorta a use it or lose it situation.

I heard the same thing, but I think it was about vasectomies.

Sorta like retirement. Some folks retire and spend the next year in their recliner or on the couch. Then they wonder why everything hurts when attempting any physical exertion. That's the reason I still get up at 5 a.m., or before, two years after being retired. Out to the golf course or go walking or ….. anything but just sitting. This winter about did me in. So much snow and cold it was almost impossible to keep moving. Still was up at my regular time and even up and down the stairs at the house got things limbered up each morning.
I've lived with chronic back pain. Started swinging full milk cans up into a cooler when still in elementary school. Hay bales... shoveling grain... no rest on the farm. If my back goes out and I am in pain, the best thing is a round of golf or something that gets it loosened up.
