Sharpening Grooves

Some of the grooves had a chamfered shoulder so they probably are 1/32 overall, plus my mic is really to big for that small stuff. The jaw are kinda like fangs so I just laid them across the groove and squinted.

Ask and you shall receive. The part where you can see wear was almost completely smooth. 2 beers, a dremel and 3 cutting wheels later here is the finished product:

Thanks man, I slipped twice and you can see the oops marks but it went from smooth to grooved. I'm happy with it.

EDIT: I'm very sad how long that eluded me...apparently i need to brush up on my math skillz...


FYI - .1 = 1/10, .2 = 2/10 or 1/5....extrapolate that .02 = 2/100 or 1/50

It's cool to have a matched set but I really prefer a more traditional sand and lob wedge.

Lol-I have a hand made wedge that looks like what FWS did with his. VERY traditional.
