The thread was about a broke dude with no swing building clubs since he doesn't want to put 400+ into a real dog.

Pros get their stuff for free.

Guys with dough don't do it yourself clubs, they pay people to do minor labor.

Guys with no dough brag about building clubs, most have NO SWING too.

Guys with 300+ yard swings usually have a high end head or a tour head with custom shafts done by a club maker, tweaked to their launch/angle/ss.

They keep it 300+ in the short grass they can make enough in their areas skin games to BUY a real club not a basement put together club.

Turns out the Geek DCT he built in his shop is a better fit than what the Callaway golf center put him in.

Golf is a mental game, if you think you can hit it, you hit it. Guys with swings take off the shelf garbage and crush it. A homemade club is only as good as the swing. Technology will not improve a crappy swing.

Click on the person's name and then select 'ignore' on the pop-up. The only problem is that it doesnt seem to work on the mobile version. Would be nice if that was remedied.
