I need to do that but I'm too big of *****. I'm scared, man.

Nothing to be scared of. It pinches a couple times and before you know it they're done. Healing takes a bit longer than they tell you, but depending what you do for a living you could be back to work in a couple days. I couldn't because I have a physically strenuous job, it took a bit longer. Even the healing isn't that bad though. Totally worth it IMHO.
