...Played today in the pi$$ing down rain, wind and the temp was 4*c at it's highest and 2*c at the lowest!!! It was winter league match 6, Format was 4 ball better ball medal over 15 holes par 60.

I only played to try my new Cobra Pro S and I'm glad i did. This driver is the perfect companion to my MP600. Hits on a much lower trajectory more piercing into the wind. Dispite the conditions and the new driver in the bag we shot a nett 58!!! Highlight being my Birdie 3, nett Eagle on the par 4 8th. Drive plugged striaght down the middle about 235 into the wind. Left me 160 yards, hit a flush 5 iron pin high about 15 ft right of the pin. The putt rolled through two large puddles before toppling into the hole, for a second I thought that I didn't have enough club!!! Full results arn't in yet but I'd imagine that we will be in with a very good chance of winning!!!

Lucky you... I swear I think it was about -3 here all day, and the rain was hammering down. I wanted to at least go to the range, but I think i'm coming down with something, because i've got a bad headache, feel sick and had trouble gripping the club with any pressure at all.
