They had very little talent last year though. Manning is awesome but last year was a "Mark Sanchez" type of season. If the Broncos where trailing in the SB for 7 points to begin the 4th quarter, he wouldn't have been able to make a come back.

If the Broncos would have had Geno Smith, Trent Diffler, Vince Young, Cornell Stewart or anybody else in the spot, the result would would have been the exact same thing.

So they are basically in the exact same spot but without the "Osweiller Proyect" (or however you spell that)

Some of those guys are just dumb. Vince Young scored like 10 points on the wonderlic test. They give you 8 for spelling your name right.

I think I watched almost all of the games that season. I do not think I have ever seen anything like that. I have never seen a defense that dominant.

Agreed but if memory serves Dilfer won like 18 or 19 starts in a row between Balt and Seattle, maybe.

Edit...checked The Googles and it was 15 games in a row. Pretty impressive.

Going to have to agree to disagree and i'm no fan of either team but the 85 Bears defense is quite possibly the best one yr assembly ever. And yes believe it or not but Dilfer is a better QB than McMahon.
