You need to make time, it's not always easy and there are plenty of times I try to come up with excuses not to go in. But once i'm there it's all good and i'm glad to have sucked it up and went in.
I'm so streaky. I'll get on a kick and work out 3-4 days a week for 2 or 3 weeks then just quit going.
Do you work out with anybody?
