Last night was leftover Chili. With some sharp cheddar melted in.

Nothing wrong with pizza. Does anybody here make their own pizza?

Sometimes with the kids. Nothing crazy though. Just store bought dough and sauce then cut up some vegetables and throw on some sausage or whatever

I botched supper last night. Mahi, garlic potatoes and steamed broccoli. Too much seasoning on the veggies and over cooked the fish. I had such high hopes for it too. It required a tall glass of water eat it....so salty.

Fish can be tough to cook. Really need a meat thermometer. It goes from perfect to nasty pretty quick.
