I was at the local golf shop this weekend and I thit some hybirds and I do plan to buy one some tiem soon. I hit the halo and the mizuno hi-fly. I loved the high fly but teh halo wasnt a great as it had been the first time i had hti it a while back.

I hit the mizuno awsome but always with a nice draw or big hook. The same thign happend when i dmeos some blades a while back. nice draw or big hook, no fades nothign stright just left. I currently play TA5's which are faily offset certainlky more than says the CG!'s I hit a week ago. I never and I mean nver hook the bal with them EVER. I woudl think they'd be super hook machines if i can easily hook a blade. It just seems odd to me.

Anyone else think that is odd?

It does seem backwards since the offset is there to prevent a slice. Could you have been gripping the blades a little stronger to compensate for the lack of offset?

At least you found a way to hit a draw.

no i use a neutral grip. I was out today. TA5's no draw bad shots = slices. weird.

just my guess here but could it be the shaft?
