Today I ordered another set of steelfiber i95 shafts. Going to be pulling the 718 AP2s out of the bag, and re-re- building the MP29s. Also, might find a taylormade gapr low#3, to replace the 818 H2 3 hybrid. Also.... ordered an M6 driver. Didnt care what shaft was in it, going to pull my Graphite Design BB 6X out of the TS2. (TS2 for sale)
Wow. Major change going on.

I bought a reg flex UST-Mamiya Proforce V2 65 shaft for cheap and put it in my Cobra F8+. I had the grip and adapter so only cost me $30. I bought the bumble bee one instead of the new red, yellow and white version because they are the same shaft with different paint jobs and I saved $40.

What!!!? I bought a new driver before warbirdlover?!... I missed the composite face feel and sound, and the reflection, glare, and the way yoh can easily see every little wet spot and piece of dirt and grass on yhe crown really bothered me, so back to something with a matte finish.

New Odyssey PC925 battery for the 1977 Porsche 911S from Amazon. It's a small AGM battery weighing only 25 pounds that replaces the boat anchor 53 pounder the factory used. $180, ugh, but the dead one lasted 5 years.

Last week I replaced the Group 93 battery in the 1999 BMW M3. It's also a factory sized boat anchor at 48 pounds, and I had to go to 4 stores before I found one at AutoZone. $160, but the last one lasted 8 years.

Now the Cayenne is telling me that it wants a new battery, too, as it's only keeping a 50% charge. This one is mounted under the drivers seat, so I may have C&C Automotive do this one. $230, ugh.

Replaced one of the batteries in my Cummings Diesel. $150.

This was on sale at the clubhouse. New for $150. Tour Edge website is selling them for $250. This had a "demo" sticker on it but I demoed it first. Hit the snot out of it.

On the back of my recent TM Sim Max driver acquisition, I snapped up a 19 degree Sim Max hybrid. Hit it on the range a few nights ago. Not the most forgiving hybrid I have ever hit, but when hit, it is gorgeous! It has a UST shaft.

I also just bought a shaft extractor. News to follow about a new shaft company that I have hooked up with! The dude is putting out some new amazing shafts.

I've a bunch of stuff I need to sell soon, before the wife finds out. ;):D

I took their swing survey and came up with a different shaft then you want. Not on the front burner.

So my shafts came in, actually went with 110s over the 95s because of the "B weight"heads. They are still a bit light, but I prefer lighter to heavy. Also, no word on the driver order yet, but I also slapped together a Taylormade ICW 1 ron with a Graphite Design Tour AD DI 7s. I love it! It's low for sure, but in the wind.. it's a cheater.

I just bought a driver (M6) with a DI 7 in it. So far I’m pretty impressed. I didn’t think anything would knock my M2 out but this driver may be a bit more forgiving on toe hits-which tends to be my miss. I’ll say though, the M2 (2016 version) has a good feel and an incredible sound.

My driver arrived today, so I went to pick it up. I hit a few with my TS2, and then some with the M6. EVERY BALL was on the heel with the M6. I felt like I was farther from the ball too. Turns out the M6 is 46", my TS2 is 44.5", so there's the issue. I came home pulled the adapters off of both and put my Tour Design BB6 X in the Taylormade, and will hit it tomorrow. Hope it's all I'm looking for.

I noticed my M6 was about an 1” longer than my M2. May cut it down and give it a go. Season is almost over up here though, might just ride it out.

They make em longer so you get more head speed (if you can control it).

Well I still had the 2 way miss going. Not any worse than with my M2, bit not any better. I’d say distance is equal too.

Our golf course clubhouse had one of these with a demo sticker on for $150. Normal price is $250. I was first to demo it and was what I was looking for. 16.5° loft instead of 15°. Hit the snot out of it and it's now mine.
