Because it has the same grip as a 1911 .45. The original idea was it was to be a gun for owners of 45s that felt the same, but allowed for more affordable practice.

Seems legit.
I took this out last friday along with the Savage to the range to get them dialed in. Didn't take real long to get the Burris red dot sighted in and is pretty much dead on from 25 yds, didn't try it any further. The Savage I started at 25 and worked it to the max my range has which is just a little over 100 yds.

It's because WG can hit the target 22 out of 45 tries.

Hit the range for a little bit after the gym and before the rain came again. Took the Desert Eagle 1911 and the Sig P320 .40. Pretty damn windy so didn't bother trying to sight in the red dot on the Sig and just used the iron sights. Still love that 1911, fantastic piece and anyone who doesn't own one you have no clue what you are missing out on.

Say what? 10 hrs? Mine was about 3 hrs at Gander Mountain.

Mine is 8 hours as well. 4 in the classroom and 4 at the range.
